YourBeats terms of use
Effective date: 30 October 2026
Last updated: 2 November 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Unbelievable Media LTD ("YourBeats", "we", "us"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 16790553, whose registered office is at 29 Riverside Walk, Wickford, England, SS12 0DU, for using the YourBeats app, its online features and its web pages. You accept them when you tap Agree in the app or start using YourBeats, and you confirm that you have read and agree to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use YourBeats.
The short version
- Play fair and be kind. No cheating, no bullying, nothing hateful, sexual or illegal.
- The music videos are on YouTube: by using YourBeats you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
- Charts you make stay yours, and you let other players play them inside YourBeats when you share them.
- You can report and block other players. Our team reviews reports and can remove things or close accounts.
- You can buy Premium (monthly or yearly) and Full-length charts through Google Play. Premium renews until you cancel it in Google Play, and watching videos always stays free (section 11).
- Annex A explains how we protect players from illegal content and children from harmful content, and how to complain.
- Nothing here takes away your legal rights as a consumer.

1. YouTube
YourBeats uses YouTube API Services. Every song from YouTube plays in YouTube's own player, with any adverts YouTube shows there, unless you play it from your own copy (section 10).
- By using YourBeats, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube's handling of information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
- YourBeats is not made, sponsored or endorsed by YouTube, Google or the artists.
- The app never downloads a video to your phone. You watch it in YouTube's player, and we never charge you to watch a video.
- A video's owner or YouTube can remove a video, make it private or stop it playing in other apps at any time. The songs that use it then cannot be played, except from your own copy, and we cannot prevent it.
2. Who can use YourBeats
- Songs from YouTube, accounts and playing with other people are for players aged 13 and over. When you first open YourBeats, the app asks your year of birth. A player under 13 gets no account, cannot play or search YouTube videos, and cannot use rooms, quick play, Ranked, events, friends, challenges or sharing; the app tells them that these are for 13 and over and switched off on their phone, and they can still play the YourBeats Originals, our own songs, in versions of the app that include them (our privacy policy says what happens to their information).
- YouTube has its own minimum age, which depends on your country: 13 in most countries, and up to 16 in some (the YouTube Terms of Service for your country give it). If you are 13 or over but younger than that, you keep your account, but everything that plays or searches YouTube videos (playing and previewing songs, searching, Add a song) stays closed until you reach it, and so do rooms, quick play, Ranked, events, friends and challenges. If we cannot tell your country, we use 16.
- If you are under 18, you need your parent's or guardian's permission to use YourBeats. YouTube's terms ask the same for YouTube.
- Some features are only for adults (18 and over), such as typing your own messages in rooms.
3. Your account
- Your guest account. After the age question, if you are 13 or older, the app makes one for you, so your progress is kept safe. It holds no email address, and only a phone that holds its secret can use it, or, on Android, a phone that Google Play Games signs in with the profile it is linked to (our privacy policy explains how).
- An email account. You can add an email address, or sign in with one, to keep your progress across phones; on Android, "Continue with Google" can give us your Google account's address for it. Song records, Ranked, friends, challenges, adding songs, sharing charts and buying need one.
- Keep it safe. Use an email address you control. Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you, and anyone who uses your Google Play Games profile on a phone can open the YourBeats account linked to it, so look after both. You are responsible for what you do on your account; tell us at once if someone else gets in.
- One person, their own accounts. Do not share an account, sell it, or make extra accounts to get round a limit, a block or a ban.
- Your handle is the name other players see: 3 to 16 characters, unique, and it must follow section 5. Every account starts with one chosen automatically, never from your email address. With an email account you can change the automatic one at any time; after that, a handle can be changed once every 30 days, and your old one is kept for you for 30 days.
- Leaving. You can delete your account at any time from the app (see the privacy policy).
4. Playing fair
Song records, challenges, Ranked and rooms only work if everyone plays for real. Do not:
- use bots, scripts, modified apps, or anything else that plays or taps for you;
- send runs or scores you did not play, or change what the app sends;
- use bugs to win records, points or rewards (please tell us about them instead);
- make extra accounts to get more free songs, to push songs up the lists, or to get round a block or a ban.
We check every song record against its chart and the timing log the app sends with it. A record whose numbers cannot be true may be taken off the boards, and we may remove any record, run or reward that does not look genuine. We keep improving songs' charts: when a chart changes, its song records start again on the new version, and the records on the old one stay in that song's rankings archive.
5. Community rules
These rules apply to everything you show other players: your handle and name, your avatar, room names, chat, share links, the notes you write with ratings, the songs you add and play in rooms, and the charts you make (their names, descriptions and tags). Do not post, send or play anything that:
- is hateful, sexual, violent, threatening or otherwise offensive;
- bullies or harasses anyone, or pretends to be someone else (including YourBeats, our team or YouTube);
- shares someone's personal information;
- is spam, including copies of charts made to farm points;
- is illegal, encourages anything illegal, or breaks someone else's rights.
Annex A names more kinds of content that are banned for every player, and explains how we protect players; our community rules page explains these rules with examples.
6. Reporting, blocking, moderation and complaints
Blocking. You can block a player from their player card, their page, the song records, a room or a match, among other places. Blocking is silent: they are not told. To you, they show as "A player" and their messages are hidden; they are kept out of quick-play and Ranked matches with you and, if they have an email account, out of rooms you host; and it ends your friendship and any open challenges between you. In a match you can also hide a player who has no account, just for yourself.
Reporting. You can report a player, a run, a chart or a room's messages from the app. Choose a reason (name, avatar, cheating, harassment, spam, chart or something else). A report made in a room carries that room's last 30 messages so we can see what happened. We never tell a player who reported them.
Automatic filters. To protect players, YourBeats checks handles, names, room names, typed room messages, and the names and descriptions of charts you share, against lists of offensive words before they appear, and refuses them; typed room messages may not contain links, contact details or long numbers either.
What our team does. A person on our team reviews every report. A chart you share is listed once you ask and it passes our automatic checks, and our team looks at any chart that is reported. We remove illegal content as soon as we know of it. If something breaks these terms, we may:
- remove a handle (it is then kept from everyone for a year, and the account gets a new automatic one), clear an avatar, or take a record off its board;
- unlist, remove or decline a chart, or ask its creator for changes;
- close an account, which then cannot be signed in to again.
A room's host can also remove a player from their room. We may share information with the police or other authorities when the law requires it or when someone may be in danger.
Telling you why, and appeals. When we act on a chart, its creator is told why in the app and can appeal there within 14 days, and someone on our team looks at it again. When we remove a handle, an avatar or a record, or close an account, the player can write to support@yourbeats.net and we will tell them why. For anything else, or if you think we got something wrong, write to support@yourbeats.net: tell us what happened and what you would like us to do. We acknowledge every complaint within 30 days, look into it, and tell you what we decided. Players under 18 can ask a parent or another adult they trust to help them write.
Players under 18. They start with friends-only settings, never see or send typed messages in rooms, can be added as friends only with their friend code, and are never named on share cards or our web pages. Players under 13 cannot use rooms, friends, challenges or sharing at all.
Illegal content. If you see something that may be illegal, report it in the app and write to support@yourbeats.net. If someone is in danger, contact the police first.
Annex A explains in more detail how we protect players and how complaints work; our community rules page explains this section with examples.
7. Rooms and chat
- Everyone can use reactions and the preset phrases.
- Typed messages are possible only in rooms set to friends only, only between adults, up to 120 characters, and they pass the filters in section 6.
- Quick play matches you with players you do not know, using reactions and preset phrases only. It is not offered to players under 13, or younger than YouTube's minimum age for their country (section 2).
- A room and its chat end when the room closes, after 12 hours at most.
- Ranked (with an email account) is one song, head to head, on the same chart: the higher score wins. You race a player searching at the same time, or a run another player recorded in the last 14 days. Leaving once the song has started, or a run that fails our checks, counts as a loss; a dropped connection, or leaving the app, is forgiven once a day, and a video that will not play is no contest (after three in a day, a loss). If two of your runs fail our checks in a season, Ranked pauses for your account until our team has looked at them. Each new season moves ratings part of the way back to the start. Ranked uses reactions and preset phrases only, never matches players who have blocked each other, and is not offered to players under 13 or younger than YouTube's minimum age for their country (section 2).
- Events run at set times: players who check in are put into rooms of up to eight, with no host and with players they may not know, using reactions and preset phrases only.
8. Charts you make
You can make your own charts for songs in YourBeats' catalogue, share them with friends or by link, and remix other players' charts where they allow it.
- What a chart is. A chart holds a YouTube video's ID and note timings, on YourBeats' beat grid for that video. It never holds the song's audio or lyrics, and making one gives you no rights in the song.
- What is yours. Your own work in a chart stays yours. YourBeats' own charts stay ours, and the parts of other players' charts you build on stay theirs.
- What you allow us to do. When you share a chart, you let YourBeats host it and show it, let other players play it, and let them remix it with credit if you allow remixes, inside YourBeats only. This permission is free and worldwide. It lasts while the chart is shared, and afterwards for the copies described under "What stays" below.
- Credit is worked out note by note and added automatically. Nobody can remove it, including you and anyone who remixes your chart. "Allow remixes with credit" is the default; you can choose "No remixes" instead.
- Before a chart can be shared, it must pass our automatic checks (for example, a perfect player can clear it, and its difficulty label is close to its measured difficulty) and you must clear it yourself with a Silver medal or better. Sharing needs an email account at least 7 days old, and you can share up to 2 new charts a day.
- Public lists. A chart must differ by at least 30% from the chart it came from and from every other chart of the song to be listed publicly. Near-copies can still be shared with friends and by link. Our team decides what is featured.
- What stays. If you delete a chart you shared, it is unlisted, but players who already have it can keep playing it, so that records set on it still make sense. Deleting your account removes your shared charts. A remix made while you allowed remixes stays, with its credit to you. If our team makes your chart a song's Official chart, it becomes part of YourBeats' catalogue: you keep your rights in your own work, and you let us keep it in YourBeats, credited to you, even if you later delete the chart or your account.
- Suggesting for the official chart. You can suggest which melody setting a song's official chart should follow; if our team adopts it, the song's page may name you among the players who suggested it, only if you said yes, your profile shows your name and you are 18 or over.
- Not allowed. Charts copied from other games, and charts that break section 5. We may review, unlist or remove any chart.
9. Share links
When you share a result, the app makes a link (yourbeats.net/s/...) with a picture card of that result. Anyone who has the link can open it and see the card: the song and the result you chose to share, and your handle and avatar when our privacy policy allows it (otherwise the card says "A YourBeats player"). You can remove a link from the app at any time, and it then stops working. You can also share a song, and your friend code, challenges, rooms and charts have link pages with picture cards of their own; they name a person only as our privacy policy says.
10. Songs you add
- Searching YouTube, previewing a video and playing it are always free.
- Adding a song asks YourBeats to prepare a chart for that video. This needs an email account. Your first successful song is free; it counts only when the chart arrives, and a song that fails to prepare does not count. After that, adding songs needs Premium (section 11). When YourBeats offers it, you can also add more songs without Premium by choosing to watch an advert break (one or more adverts, back to back) for each, up to the number in any 24 hours that the app shows; if one of those songs fails to prepare, its ad song is kept for your next one. Our privacy policy says what the adverts share with Google.
- With an email account, if someone challenges you (a share link or a friend's challenge) on a song you do not have, you can play that challenge's chart once, free; to play it again, add the song.
- Premium lets you add up to 20 new songs a day, a fair-use limit that keeps the preparation service working for everyone.
- A chart prepared for one account does not make the song free for another: if another player adds the same video, they get the same chart at once, and it still uses their own allowance. Two exceptions: in a room, every player can play a song that one player added, while the room lasts; and a song in YourBeats' catalogue is free for everyone (below).
- A song you added while you had Premium stays playable after Premium ends. You just cannot add new ones.
- Add only videos you are allowed to watch on YouTube. A video cannot be added if it is unavailable, cannot be played in other apps, is longer than 12 minutes or shorter than a minute, is live or not yet released, is age-restricted, or is blocked where you are. We may also remove a song, for example when a rights holder asks us to.
- Searching is shared fairly: each player has a daily number of searches, and when YouTube's daily allowance for YourBeats runs out, search rests until the next day.
- Charts for the songs players add are prepared by YourBeats and belong to YourBeats.
- Songs that join the catalogue. Our team may make a song that players added part of YourBeats' catalogue, so that every player can play it free; its charts are then YourBeats' (above). If you added it, it stays in your songs with your song records on it; the catalogue song has song records of its own, which start empty. While a song is in the catalogue, adding its video opens it and uses none of your allowance.
- Your own copy. If you have a music file of a song that you are allowed to use, for example one you bought, "Use your own copy" on the song's page lets the song play from that file on your phone when you have no connection or when YouTube will not play its video, once our check on your phone has found that the file is that song. YourBeats never copies or uploads your file. A run played from your own copy never goes on song records.
- Bringing your music. You can bring in a YouTube or YouTube Music playlist, a list of songs, or the data file Spotify or Apple lets you download from them; YourBeats finds its own songs among them, and adding a song it does not have follows the rules above.
11. Premium and Full songs
You can buy two things in YourBeats, in the app, through Google Play. Both are YourBeats' own work: the charts we prepare for songs, and the game's features. You never pay to watch a video.
- Premium is a subscription, monthly or yearly. While you have it, you can add up to 20 new songs a day (section 10), Expert is open on every song, you have Full songs (below), and you can choose to show a supporter mark on your profile page.
- Full-length charts is a one-off purchase that gives you Full songs for good: every song's full-length chart, which is YourBeats' chart for the whole song, not just the hook, with its own records, wherever YourBeats has one, for as long as YourBeats runs. Preparing new songs stays with Premium. A full song plays the song's video in YouTube's own player, which is free, as everywhere in YourBeats (section 1): what you pay for is YourBeats' chart.
- What stays free. Watching any video: you can always watch the whole video free on YouTube, from the song's page. Searching, previewing, your first added song, playing the hook of every song, and the YourBeats Originals in full stay free too. We never charge you to watch a video, and nothing you buy changes timing, scores or rankings.
- Prices. Before you buy, the app shows the price and, for Premium, how often it renews, and Google Play shows the total you will pay, with any tax, before you confirm.
- Buying. Google Play takes the payment, under its own terms, which it shows you when you buy. Buying needs an email account, so that what you buy is kept safe on your account, works on any phone where you sign in to it, and can be restored there. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before you buy anything.
- Your right to cancel within 14 days. Premium and Full-length charts are digital content. The law usually lets you cancel a purchase made online within 14 days. For digital content, that right ends once the content starts, if you have expressly agreed to it starting straight away and accepted that you then lose the right. So before you pay, Google Play asks you for both. If you go ahead, what you bought starts at once, and you can no longer cancel the purchase in those 14 days. Your rights if it is faulty or not as described still apply, and you can stop Premium renewing at any time.
- Renewal. Premium renews automatically at the end of each month or year, until you cancel it. Google Play charges you at the start of each new period, at the price it last told you.
- Cancelling. You can cancel Premium at any time in Google Play (how to cancel), or from Manage subscription in the app, which opens Google Play. It then stops renewing, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling does not refund that period, unless Google Play's refund policies or the law give you a refund. Deleting your YourBeats account or uninstalling the app does not cancel Premium.
- If the price changes. If Premium's price goes up, Google Play tells you before you are charged the new price, and you can cancel before then. If Google Play asks you to accept the new price and you do not, Premium ends at the end of the period you have paid for.
- If a payment fails. Google Play may keep Premium on for a short time while it tries the payment again. After that, Premium stops while Google Play holds your subscription, and starts again as soon as the payment goes through; if it never does, Premium ends.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policies; you can also ask us. If a purchase is refunded, what it gave is removed.
- If we close your account. If we close your account because it seriously or repeatedly broke these terms (section 14), you can no longer use what you bought on it, and Premium keeps renewing in Google Play until you cancel it there.
- Unlocks from before. If you unlocked full songs for free before purchases existed, you keep them on that phone.
- Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights if what you buy is faulty or not as described.
12. Music, videos and our content
- The songs and videos belong to their owners and play through YouTube, under YouTube's terms.
- The YourBeats app, its design, artwork, sounds, code, YourBeats' own charts (with the Official charts in its catalogue, credited as section 8 says) and the YourBeats Originals (our own songs) belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may use YourBeats for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
- Do not copy, sell or reverse-engineer the app, or scrape or overload our servers, except where the law allows it.
13. Rights holders and takedowns
If you believe something on YourBeats (a chart, a song players have added, a name, or anything else) infringes your rights, write to support@yourbeats.net with:
- your name and how to contact you;
- what you own, and what on YourBeats you believe infringes it (for example the song, the chart's name or its link);
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised, that the information you give is accurate, and that you own the rights or may act for their owner.
We look at every notice promptly and may remove or disable the material while we do. We tell the player concerned where we can, and they may reply to us.
14. Changes, availability and ending
- We keep improving YourBeats, so features change, and some are switched on over time. We may pause YourBeats for maintenance or to fix problems.
- If we stop YourBeats, or a paid feature, we will tell you in the app in good time. If you have paid in advance for something we stop providing, you can ask for a refund of the part you cannot use.
- You can stop using YourBeats and delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, as section 6 describes.
15. Our responsibility to you
- If we break these terms or are careless, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
- YourBeats is for personal use. We are not responsible for business losses.
- We are not responsible for YouTube, a video's owner, Google Play or Google Play Games, for example if a video stops being available.
- Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
16. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, for example when YourBeats gains new features or the law changes. When we do, we change the date at the top. If a change matters to you, we tell you in the app before it applies, and ask you to agree again. If you do not agree to the new terms, you can stop using YourBeats and delete your account.
17. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom or in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the consumer law where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Please talk to us first: most problems are quicker to solve by email.
18. Contact us
Unbelievable Media LTD, 29 Riverside Walk, Wickford, England, SS12 0DU
Email: support@yourbeats.net
Under the EU's Digital Services Act, our point of contact (for the authorities and for you) and our legal representative in the European Union: Julie Mcarthur, legal@yourbeats.net. You can write to her in English.
Our contact page lists every way to reach us and to report a problem.
Annex A. Online safety: how we protect you
This annex explains, as the UK's Online Safety Act 2023 asks, how YourBeats protects players from illegal content and protects children from content that is harmful to them. It is part of these terms and applies to every player.
A1. What players can share
- Words of their own: handles (3 to 16 characters), room names, chart names and descriptions, and notes with ratings (up to 120 characters). Typed messages in rooms are possible only between adults, only in rooms set to friends only, and up to 120 characters.
- Fixed choices: avatars, made of shapes and colours, never a photo; what a profile page shows, chosen from fixed lists, never words of your own; chart tags; reactions and preset phrases; ratings and nominations.
- Songs and charts: the songs players add are YouTube videos, and section 10 says which videos cannot be added, including age-restricted ones. A chart holds note timings and a video's ID, never audio or lyrics (section 8).
- Share links: picture cards of a result, a song, a chart, a room, a challenge or a friend code (section 9).
The words of a chart appeal (up to 500 characters) are read only by our team. Players cannot upload pictures, videos or sound, and there are no private messages outside rooms. A room's chat is erased when the room closes: after 12 hours at most, or 10 minutes after the last player leaves.
A2. Illegal content
The law asks us to explain, for three kinds of illegal content, how we keep the time such content can stay on YourBeats as short as we can.
- Terrorism content. Handles, names and typed messages pass our word filters before anyone sees them (see A6). A person on our team reviews every report. We remove terrorism content as soon as we know of it, and close the account that posted it. We also remove accounts run by or for a banned (proscribed) organisation, for example an account whose handle is the organisation's name. We tell the police where the law requires it.
- Child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA) content, including grooming. Players under 18 never see or send typed messages, and can be added as friends only with their friend code. Typed messages may not contain links, contact details or long numbers. A person on our team reviews every report. We remove CSEA content as soon as we know of it, and close the account. We report it to the UK's National Crime Agency, as the law requires.
- Other priority illegal content: the other serious kinds of illegal content the law lists, for example hate, harassment, threats and stalking, fraud and scams, selling drugs or weapons, intimate image abuse, and encouraging or helping suicide or serious self-harm. The protections are the same: our filters, a person's review of every report, removal, and closing accounts for serious or repeated breaches.
Taking illegal content down. When we are told about content that may be illegal, or find it ourselves, a person on our team looks at it, and takes it down as soon as they see that it is illegal.
A3. Intimate images shared without consent
YourBeats has no photo uploads. Even so, if an intimate image of someone is shared on YourBeats without their consent, they can ask us to take it down. Our contact page says the same.
- Who can report: the person shown, or someone acting for them, whether or not they play YourBeats.
- How: email support@yourbeats.net with "Intimate image report" in the subject. Say where it is (a link, a handle, a room code or a chart), that you are the person shown or act for them, that you believe in good faith it was shared without their consent, and how we can contact you.
- What we do: we take it down, with any copies of it we find on YourBeats, as soon as we reasonably can, and no later than 48 hours after your report, weekends included. The only exceptions are those the law allows.
A4. Content that is harmful to children
The law names kinds of content that are harmful to children. Each kind below is banned everywhere in YourBeats, for every player, including rooms where only adults can type: do not post, send or play it. These bans are part of the community rules in section 5.
- Primary priority content. The law names four kinds: pornography, and content that encourages, promotes or gives instructions for suicide, for self-harm, or for eating disorders. To stop children of any age from coming across any of them, we use the same protections for each: the ban; our word filters, which also check the names and descriptions of charts players share; a person's review of every report, including any chart that is reported (a chart a player shares is listed once they ask and it passes our automatic checks, as section 6 says); and removal.
- Priority content. The law also names these kinds: abuse and hate, bullying, violent content, dangerous stunts and challenges, and content that encourages people to take harmful substances. For players under 18, the protections also include these:
- they never see or send typed messages, and their settings start at friends only;
- share cards and our web pages never name them;
- quick play, Ranked and events use reactions and preset phrases only;
- under 13, there are no rooms, friends, challenges or sharing at all.
- Songs from YouTube. YourBeats refuses videos that YouTube has age-restricted, and players under 13, or younger than YouTube's minimum age for their country, never see YouTube's videos in YourBeats. YouTube's own rules and moderation apply to the videos, and we can remove a song. A song a player adds reaches other players only in rooms they join, in challenges and through share links, never in quick play, Ranked or events, unless our team makes it part of YourBeats' catalogue (section 10). Some music videos contain swearing or adult themes.
A5. The age rules and how they work
We apply these rules to every player in the same way.
- The year-of-birth question. When you first open YourBeats, it asks your year of birth. The answer stays on your phone. Our server learns only an email account's age group: 13 to 17, or 18 and over.
- Under 13: no account, no YouTube, and nothing social (section 2; our privacy policy, section 9).
- From 13 until YouTube's minimum age for your country: YouTube's songs and playing with other people stay closed. That age is 13 in most countries, and higher in some, for example 14 in Spain, Italy and South Korea, 15 in France, and 16 in Germany, Ireland and the Netherlands; it is 16 when we cannot tell your country.
- Under 18, or age not known: safer settings, and no typed chat.
- The answer is what you tell us: it is not age verification. Please answer truthfully.
A6. Proactive technology: our automatic checks
- Word filters. Before they appear, our word filters check handles, names, room names, typed room messages, and the names and descriptions of charts players share. They refuse anything on our lists of offensive words. Typed room messages also may not contain links, contact details or long numbers.
- Automatic chart checks. Before a chart can be shared, it must pass our automatic checks: for example, a perfect player can clear it, and its difficulty label is close to its measured difficulty.
- Our score checks look at runs, not at what players say or show.
- No artificial intelligence reads players' messages.
A7. Complaints
- Who can complain: players, and people affected by something on YourBeats, such as a parent or the person shown, whether or not they play.
- What about: content you think is illegal; content that is harmful to children; a decision about your content or your account that you think was wrong; a decision about your age; or that we are not keeping to these terms or the law, including how our filters treated something.
- How: report it in the app (section 6), email support@yourbeats.net, or use our contact page.
- What happens: a person on our team looks at it promptly. We acknowledge every complaint within 30 days.
